Davante Adams | Packers WR

Aaron Rodgers wants Davante Adams to get the ball more.

After Adams had 169 targets last season, Rodgers said "I'd like to throw to Davante more (this year). He's that open. We've got to keep finding ways to get him the ball." Rodgers also added, "there's nothing wrong with having a go-to guy who's that dynamic and trying to find ways to get him the ball." ESPN Packers writer Rob Demovsky thinks Adams can hit 200 targets this year if he stays healthy for all 16 games, and while that might be a stretch, the 26-year-old is a lock to be among the league-leaders in targets again this season, barring injury. Adams had a 111/1,386/13 line last season, and he offers an elite floor with sky-high upside; fantasy owners shouldn't hesitate to take him very early in drafts this summer.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams (knee) is officially inactive for Week 17.

Adams didn't practice all week, so this isn't much a surprise with Green Bay's game not meaning much with them out of the postseason. Adams' fantastic season ends with 111 receptions for 1,386 yards and 13 touchdowns, and Aaron Rodgers' No. 1 targets should remain an excellent WR1 in 2019 and moving forward. Adams will likely get first-round consideration in many 2019 fantasy drafts, and he should offer both a high floor and overall WR1 upside.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams (knee) has been officially listed as questionable for Week 17.

Adams didn't practice all week for the Packers, and they're going to see how he's feeling tomorrow during Green Bay's run-through practice. Obviously not having Adams would be a big blow to fantasy owners in title matchups, but the good news is the Packers play in the early games on Sunday. Adams' status will be known by 11:30 AM ET on Sunday.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams scores game-winning touchdown in Week 16.

Adams caught 11 passes for 71 yards and a touchdown in the Packers' overtime win over the Jets. The overtime score was a 16-yarder on a post route after some craziness with penalties got Green Bay in position for the touchdown. The 11 receptions were a season-high for Adams, who next faces a Lions team he hit for a 9/140/1 line back in Week 5.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams goes over 100 yards in Week 15.

Adams caught eight passes (on 13 targets) for 119 yards, with a long of 28 yards, against the Bears. Adams' streak of three straight games with a touchdown came to an end, but he put up his fifth 100-yard game of the season in a tough matchup in the second week of the fantasy playoffs. He also hit the 100-reception mark for the season while building on his career-high in yardage with now over 1,300. Many fantasy owners with Adams will be playing in fantasy championships next week.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams scores against the Falcons.

Adams scored early on a seven-yard out route where he made a nice catch on a throw that was slightly behind him. Overall, Adams had seven receptions for 81 yards and a touchdown. He's now up to 12 touchdowns on the season, matching his career-high from the 2016 season. Next week against the Bears is a tough matchup, but Adams obviously must remain in fantasy lineups as a strong WR1 for the second week of the fantasy playoffs.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams scores against the Cardinals.

Adams caught eight passes (on 13 targets) for 93 yards and a touchdown in the Packers' Week 13 loss. The score was on a fourth down in the second quarter, when Adams got open in the back of the end zone and made a nice leaping catch while getting both feet in bounds. Adams has at least 81 yards or a touchdown in every game this season, so he's as good as it gets in fantasy lineups. Continue firing him up as a top-notch WR1 for the first week of fantasy playoffs when he faces the Falcons next week.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams scores against the Vikings.

Adams caught an early touchdown on a back-shoulder pass in the red zone. Overall, he had five receptions (on eight targets) for 69 yards and a touchdown. Despite the touchdown allowed (on a perfect pass that’s nearly impossible to defend), Xavier Rhodes did a nice job on Green Bay’s No. 1 receiver. Adams could see some of Patrick Peterson next week, but he’s obviously a great WR1 against the Cardinals.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams nears 1,000 receiving yards for the season in Week 11 loss to the Seahawks.

Adams caught ten passes for 166 yards in the loss, as Aaron Rodgers locked onto his No. 1 receiver with 12 targets. The former second-round pick basically dominated on the boundary against Seattle's young corners, with the highlight coming on a 57-yard reception down the right sideline to set up a field goal that put Green Bay ahead 24-20 before Russell Wilson's game-winning touchdown pass. Adams will look to reach 1,000 yards for the first time in his career (currently at 953) when he does battle with Xavier Rhodes next Sunday.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams scores twice against the Dolphins.

Adams caught four passes for 57 yards and two touchdowns in the Packers' Week 10 win. The first score was a slant route in the red zone, and the second was a 25-yarder on a double move against a peculiar defense where Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard gave Adams a huge cushion to the sideline for Aaron Rodgers to hit him near the goal line. Adams was also targeted on another throw to the end zone but couldn't come up with it against Howard in man coverage. This Thursday against the Seahawks is a tough matchup, but Adams obviously remains an excellent WR1 for Week 11.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams scores in 31-17 loss to the Patriots.

Adams caught six-of-nine targets for 40 yards, including a two-yard touchdown on an off-script play. The 25-year-old was shadowed by Stephon Gilmore for most of the night, but fantasy owners should take the score in a tough draw. At the season's midway point, Adams is on pace for a 116/1,460/14 line, so he's obviously lived up to expectations for those who drafted him early on over the summer. He doesn't get the recognition that others do at the position, but Adams should be considered an excellent WR1 for Week 10 against Miami.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams gos over 130 yards in Week 8.

Adams was matched up with Rams cornerback Marcus Peters for much of the afternoon against the Rams, but he didn't have much trouble getting open throughout the game. Adams caught five passes for 133 yards, with a long of 48 yards and multiple chunk plays. Green Bay's No. 1 receiver is simply a matchup-proof fantasy option, so he'll be an excellent option next week in a potential shootout against the Patriots. However, Patriots cornerback Stephon Gilmore has been playing shut-down football this season, so he might be one of the few guys that can slow down Adams, who has over 130 yards in three straight games.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams goes off in Monday Night Football win.

Adams caught ten passes for 132 yards and two touchdown as Green Bay defeated San Francisco, 33-30, on a last-second field goal by Mason Crosby. The Packers trailed for most of the night, but they scored ten points in the final two minutes, and Adams was a huge factor with a game-tying 16-yard score and then a couple grabs (plus a drawn penalty) on the game-winning drive. The coverage was definitely questionable late in the game for the Niners, but Adams made plays, and Aaron Rodgers' No. 1 receiver will be a great WR1 for a couple potential shootouts (@ LAR, @ NE) when Green Bay returns from their Week 7 bye.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams hits 140 yards with a score in Packers' loss.

Adams entered the game with a calf injury suffered in practice earlier in the week, but he didn't show any affects from the ailment, catching nine passes (on 12 targets) for 140 yards and a touchdown. The score came late in the game with the Packers attempting to come back against the Lions, and Adams also had a spectacular diving catch that was nearly a touchdown. Adams has been exceptional this season, and he'll be a great WR1 for Week 6 against the Niners.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams (calf) is officially active for Week 5.

Adams injured his hamstring during the week, but it seems to be a minor ailment and there wasn’t much doubt about his status for today’s divisional matchup against the Lions. With Randall Cobb (hamstring) and Geronimo Allison (concussion) out, Adams should be set for a ton of targets this week. You can safely insert Adams into lineups as a WR1.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams (calf) is officially listed as questionable for Week 5.

Packers head coach Mike McCarthy said they'll see how Adams fares in practice tomorrow, and he's trending towards a game-time decision. There's optimism that he should be fine for Sunday, but we'll keep you posted if information becomes available ahead of Sunday.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams (calf) is working with the rehab group in practice today.

In other words, he will not be a practice participant. The calf injury Adams is dealing with was sustained during practice yesterday, so it's unclear the severity and whether it will impact his Week 5 status. Hopefully Adams is at least listed as questionable when the official injury report for the game is released tomorrow.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams (calf) was limited in practice.

Adams has been banged up so far this year, but there’s no reason to be concerned about his Week 5 status. We’ll keep track of Adams throughout the rest of the week.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams catches eight passes in Week 4.

Adams had the tough task of going up against shutdown second-year corner Tre'Davious White, but White didn't appear to be on him for every snap of the game. Adams benefited from a team-high 14 targets from Aaron Rodgers, catching eight passes for 81 yards in the win. Matchups don't matter much for Adams, who is one of the league's top receivers and catches passes from one of the league's top quarterbacks. Through four games, Adams is on pace for 112 receptions, 1,140 yards, and 12 touchdowns.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams scores in Week 3 loss to the Redskins.

Adams caught seven passes for 52 yards, including a two-yard touchdown in the third quarter. The Pro Bowl receiver has scored in all three games this season, and he has found the end zone in each of the past five games dating back to last year. Adams could see a lot of Tre'Davoius White in Week 4 against Buffalo, but he's an every-week WR1 that has as much touchdown potential as anyone.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams scores as Packers tie the Vikings, 29-29.

Adams caught eight passes for 64 yards, including a nine-yard touchdown in the second quarter against Xavier Rhodes. Despite dealing with a shoulder injury and his quarterback dealing with a knee injury, it was about as good a performance as you could expect out of Adams in a difficult matchup. Consider him a solid WR1 in Week 3 against the Redskins in Washington.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams (shoulder) is officially active against the Vikings.

As expected, Adams was not going to miss this big Week 2 matchup versus Minnesota. Even at less than 100% while having to go up against Xavier Rhodes and company, Adams is at least a WR2 option this week.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams (shoulder) is questionable for Week 2 against Minnesota.

Adams sounds more likely to play than Aaron Rodgers (knee), but he isn't a WR1 option this week no matter who is under center, as he will probably draw coverage from shutdown corner Xavier Rhodes. We would consider Adams more of a high-end WR if Rodgers suits up, and a risky low-end WR2/FLEX option if it's DeShone Kizer that draws the start.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams (shoulder) was limited in practice.

This is a good step after Adams was a non-participant in yesterday's practice. Adams has already said he'll be out there on Sunday against the Vikings, so there's a chance he's not even on the injury report when it's released tomorrow.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams is dealing with a shoulder injury.

Adams did not practice today, but he told NFL Network's Tom Pelissero that he doesn't have any doubt he'll play Sunday against the Vikings. Perhaps he'll be listed as questionable when the official injury report for the game is released on Friday, but expect Adams to be ready to go for Week 2.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams scores in Packers' Week 1 win.

Adams had an excellent game to star the season, catching five-of-eight targets for 88 yards and a touchdown against the Bears. Early in the game, Adams appeared to be grabbing at his hamstring, but thankfully he returned to the game quickly. His long reception of the game was for 51 yards on a catch-and-run after a nice catch down the left sideline, and the touchdown was a 12-yarder after a sweet juke and burst toward the end zone by Adams. He'll probably see a lot of Xavier Rhodes in Week 2 against the Vikings, but Adams is still a solid option in fantasy lineups.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

The Packers are signing Davante Adams to a long-term contract, according to Adam Schefter.

And just like that, one potential free agent wide receiver is off the board for teams attempting to upgrade the position this offseason (though the Packers were likely to franchise tag him if they could not agree on a new contract). NFL Network's Ian Rapoport says it's a four-year extension worth $58 million, with Adams getting $32 million in the first two years of the deal. Adams just turned 25 on Christmas Eve, so it's probably a good move to cash in with a four-year deal as opposed to a five-year deal. He'll be a young 29 when this contract expires, which could mean two major paydays for the former Fresno State receiver. And Adams gets to play with Aaron Rodgers for at least the next few years, which doesn't hurt either.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 17.

Adams is in concussion protocol, and it's probably the best move to just declare him out for the regular season finale. After his breakout 2016, Adams followed it up with another very good 2017 season without Aaron Rodgers for much of the season. Adams played in 14 games and had 74 receptions for 885 yards and ten touchdowns. There's some thought that Adams has taken over as the top guy in the receiving corps for Green Bay, but it's difficult to say after Jordy Nelson was off to a great start to the season when Rodgers was in the lineup. Nevertheless, this season makes two straight with double-digit touchdowns for Adams, and he'll cash in on a big payday in free agency this offseason. We would expect the Packers to re-sign him, and that's where his fantasy value will be at its highest.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams (concussion) did not practice today.

Perhaps Adams will get cleared by tomorrow and practice, but if he doesn't make at least some progress in concussion protocol, the Packers will likely go ahead and rule him out for Week 17. More information will be available sometime tomorrow.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams is still in concussion protocol.

Adams suffered his concussion two Sundays ago, so this isn't a good sign. Hopefully he's feeling OK, which is the most important thing right now. Adams still has time to get cleared ahead of this weekend's game against Detroit, but it wouldn't be surprising if the Packers went ahead and placed him on IR.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 16.

Considering Adams has suffered two concussions this season—along with Green Bay being out of playoff contention—it's not a surprise the team is going ahead and ruling him out for this Saturday night's matchup with the Vikings. The Packers will now be without Aaron Rodgers and Adams, making things very difficult against an elite Minnesota defense. Xavier Rhodes might now shadow Jordy Nelson in coverage, so Nelson has a low floor in fantasy lineups despite the possibility of more targets with Adams out. Adams might be back for the final week of the regular season, as the Packers didn't place him on injured reserve.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams remains in concussion protocol.

Packers head coach Mike McCarthy said that Adams is "angry" and wants to be out there after he was knocked out in a critical part of Sunday's loss to the Panthers. With Green Bay out of playoff contention and a short week with a Saturday night game against Minnesota, it's not looking good for his status in Week 16. Adams must pass concussion protocol either way, but the Packers aren't going to rush him back while dealing with his second concussion of the season.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams appears to enter concussion protocol.

Adams just took a big helmet-to-helmet hit from Panthers linebacker Thomas Davis after an interception. It was a blindside block that Davis was penalized for, but you could see on the bench how bad he felt about it. Thankfully, Adams was able to get up off the field under his own power, but his day is almost certainly done. Before leaving, Adams had five receptions for 57 yards and a touchdown, with the score coming on an in-breaking route in the end zone where he made a nice leaping catch. Hopefully Adams is feeling better soon.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams scores game-winner for Packers in Week 14.

Adams had another great game with Brett Hundley under center, as he caught ten of 14 targets for 84 yards and two touchdowns against the Browns. The first touchdown was on a fade route to tie the game and send it to overtime. And the second was in overtime on a quick slant-type of screen that he took 25 yards for a walk-off touchdown in which he kept running right into the huddle. Now the Packers might get Aaron Rodgers back for Week 15 against the Panthers, and Adams should remain a very good WR1/WR2 option in fantasy lineups.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams catches four passes in Week 13.

Adams gained 42 yards on his four receptions, which was a fine day considering the Packers had only 84 passing yards total in the game. Quarterback Brett Hundley and Adams have a nice connection, and Adams will be a good option in fantasy lineups next week against Cleveland.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams catches seventh touchdown of the season in Week 12.

Adams continues to show a great connection with quarterback Brett Hundley, as he caught five of nine targets for 82 yards and a touchdown against the Steelers. The score was a 55-yarder on a beautiful double-move by Adams that got him wide open down the field for Hundley to hit him for six. With a good matchup in Week 13 versus Tampa Bay and good chemistry with Hundley, Adams is a WR1/WR2 option.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams the lone bright spot for Green Bay's offense in shutout loss.

Adams caught eight passes for 126 yards, both of which were season highs. Brett Hundley has been most comfortable throwing to Adams, and he's gone for 7/53, 5/90/1, and 8/126 over the past three games. Still, he's a risky FLEX heading into a SNF matchup with the Steelers.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams has big day with Brett Hundley under center.

Adams caught five passes for 90 yards and a touchdown, which was a 19-yard score in the fourth quarter. He was also on the receiving end of a 42-yard pass to seal the game on a perfectly thrown ball down the right sideline. Adams has been the team's best fantasy option at wide receiver since Aaron Rodgers went down, and that could continue if defenses keep paying more attention to Jordy Nelson. He is still probably no better than a solid FLEX against Baltimore in Week 11.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams gets ten targets against the Lions.

Adams caught seven passes for 53 yards in the game, mostly working as an underneath guy for Brett Hundley. Hundley did target Adams on a deep pass down the field early in the game, but Adams only went for it with one hand when it looked like he could've lunged or laid out to catch it with two—so it could've been a bigger day. Through eight games, Adams is on pace for 74 receptions, 808 yards, and ten touchdowns, and he'd probably do well to hit those numbers (especially the touchdown total) without Aaron Rodgers on an offense that includes Jordy Nelson.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams caught two passes for 12 yards in Sunday's loss to the Saints.

Adams and the offense was clearly struggling in Brett Hundley's first start. Fortunately, they get the bye week at a good time to figure things out. Adams will be more of a FLEX than WR2 until further notice, though. The Packers will host the Lions on Monday Night Football in Week 9.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams caught five passes for 54 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's loss to Minnesota.

Adams was able to find the end zone in the second quarter once Brett Hundley entered the game, and it was the only touchdown of the game for Green Bay. Hundley could remain the starter for the rest of the season with Aaron Rodgers potentially done with a broken collarbone, so it's obviously a big blow to Adams and the rest of the offense. Adams should be downgraded to a low-end WR2 in standard leagues with undoubtedly less of a chance to score with Rodgers out of the lineup. Green Bay hosts the Saints in Week 7.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams scores game-winning touchdown against the Cowboys.

Just ten days after getting taken off on a stretcher after a brutal hit to the head against the Bears, Adams played an amazing game for Green Bay, catching seven of 11 targets for 66 yards and two touchdowns. The first touchdown was on a ten-yard dime of a throw by Aaron Rodgers to the end zone, where Adams stretched to make a nice catch. And the second score came on a high-pointed back-shoulder throw with 11 seconds to go in the game. The fourth-year receiver showed off his near-40-inch vertical, just as he has the last couple of seasons. Adams has the second-most touchdowns behind teammate Jordy Nelson since the start of last season, and he'll be a good option despite a difficult matchup in Week 6 against the Vikings.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams cleared concussion protocol, according to Rob Demovsky.

He's traveling with the team and is fully expected to play tomorrow against the Cowboys. His presence is great for Aaron Rodger and the Packers, and he'll be a strong WR2 option in the game.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams (concussion) is officially questionable for Week 5.

Adams needs to clear concussion protocol and then he'll play in the game. Being questionable indicates the Packers are willing to wait a couple days to see if he can get cleared in time. Green Bay plays in a late-afternoon game against the Cowboys, but there should be clarity by the 1:00 PM ET games.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams is still in concussion protocol.

Packers head coach Mike McCarthy says Adams is "making progress" but is still not cleared from his concussion. There's still time between now and Sunday for Adams to get cleared—and he's been a limited participant in practice this week, at least—but time is running out. We might not know until Sunday whether Adams will suit up or not.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams is "progressing very well."

Packers head coach Mike McCarthy says the receiver is still in concussion protocol but that he'll do more today in practice. It certainly sounds like right when he's cleared of the concussion he'll be off the injury report and ready to go. This Sunday against the Cowboys is likely.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams (concussion) was limited in practice today.

Though he was in the hospital after his brutal hit last Thursday, Adams seems to be going through normal concussion protocol and it definitely sounds like he expects and wants to play this weekend. He will if he gets cleared of his concussion.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Packers WR Davante Adams could play Sunday.

According to ESPN's Adams Schefter, "a source" said "I think he goes" this Sunday against the Cowboys. As ugly as the hit Adams took looked, he did not have more than a concussion and was out of the hospital quickly. If he passes concussion protocol, he'd probably be out there versus Dallas. Green Bay plays in a late-afternoon game on Sunday, but we are likely to get more clarity on the situation throughout the week ahead of the weekend. Adams probably would not be limited in any way if he is in the lineup for the Packers.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams tweets that he's out of the hospital.

The Packers receiver tweeted "At home feeling great. Appreciate the prayers". It's a relief to hear Adams is relatively fine after the hit to the head he took in last night's game. While it was an ugly hit that had him taken off on a stretcher, it's not out of the question for Adams to be on the field for Week 5 against the Cowboys. We'll know more next week if not in the next few days.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams has a concussion and is still in the hospital.

Thankfully, the MRI was "clean" according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, as that ugly hit looked like it could've been really bad. Adams will now be in the league's concussion protocol, and he'll have over a week to get cleared for Week 5 against the Cowboys. Hopefully Adams is able to get released from the hospital soon.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams has consciousness and movement in all extremities.

This is great news, as Adams also has feeling in all extremities, according to the team. It was something you hate to see, but hopefully Adams ends up having a full and swift recovery after the nasty hit he took.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams gets carted off against the Bears.

Adams took an ugly hit in the third quarter when Bears linebacker Danny Trevathan led with his helmet right into Adams' on a third down. Adams laid almost motionless on the field, and they brought out the stretcher for him. We just need to pray that Adams ends up being OK after this scary situation. He had two receptions for 13 yards and a touchdown before leaving.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams caught three passes for 60 yards in Sunday's win over the Bengals.

Adams nearly found the end zone, and it was another solid game for him. Aaron Rodgers #2 receiver had a tremendous night game against the Bears in 2016, so we'll see if he can do it again on Thursday night. He's a high-end WR2.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams catches eight of ten targets in Week 2 loss.

With Jordy Nelson (quad) leaving the game in the first quarter, Adams became relied upon more by Aaron Rodgers. He made plays for his team, catching eight passes for 99 yards, including a 33-yard touchdown where he made a nice diving catch in the end zone. Adams would probably get a bump in value were Nelson to miss any more time, but hopefully Jordy is OK. Either way, he’s a solid option against the Bengals next Sunday.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams catches three passes in Week 1.

The fourth-year receiver was targeted seven times by Aaron Rodgers and had 47 yards on his three receptions. A healthy Randall Cobb might be a slight concern for Adams, but he still should have another strong season after he broke out in 2016. The Packers play the Falcons next week in Atlanta.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams caught one pass for five yards on Saturday night.

Adams also committed a drop when Brett Hundley came into the game, but his reception was a great contested catch on a poorly thrown ball by Aaron Rodgers that could have easily been intercepted. He's well worth a pick at the top of the fifth round in fantasy drafts after scoring 12 touchdowns last season.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams caught one pass for six yards in the Packers' second preseason game.

Adams got to play with Aaron Rodgers in this one, but he was only able to bring in one reception on the 15-play opening drive. Martellus Bennett could take away some red zone looks from Adams, but he still provides good value in the 5th round of fantasy drafts.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams looks good in preseason game against the Eagles.

Adams, who had a great game against Philadelphia in the regular season last year, had two receptions for 26 yards in limited action in the first quarter. As has become routine for him, Adams made a couple of tough catches. There's no reason to believe he shouldn't have another good season in 2017 as a follow up to his breakout 2016.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams catches all three targets in playoff loss to Atlanta.

Adams had three receptions for 16 yards and a touchdown. The touchdown came on a slant route at the goal line. Adams seemed to be limited by his ankle injury, but he was reliable once again in the red zone. After breaking out for 12 touchdowns this season, Adams could make another step forward next season and hit 1,000 yards for the first time in his career. He is a worthy WR2 option in 2017 fantasy drafts.

Davante Adams (ankle) is active against the Falcons.

Rodgers will get a full arsenal of weapons, but it's hard to predict how limited Adams and Jordy Nelson (ribs) will be. The Packers are going to need all the help they can get against the high-scoring Falcons offense with a Super Bowl trip on the line.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams (ankle) is not practicing on Wednesday.

Head coach Mike McCarthy said at his press conference that Adams is with the rehab group and he might not practice until Saturday. This is obviously a huge concern, and Adams may have continued in Sunday's game because of the adrenaline. With Jordy Nelson also questionable at best, Aaron Rodgers could potentially be without his top two targets against the Falcons. We would expect Adams to try to push himself to play, but it's not guarantee he can if he's way less than 100%.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams leaves game, returns, in Divisional Round win.

Adams had five receptions for 76 yards against Dallas. He left late in the game appearing to twist both ankles, but returned after getting one of them taped up. Adams is obviously a key receiver for the Packers, so hopefully he is all right to play in the NFC Championship, especially if the Packers are without Jordy Nelson (ribs) again.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams gets targeted 12 times against the Giants.

Adams had eight receptions for 125 yards and one touchdown. He caught a 31-yard pass to set up his own short touchdown for the Packers' first touchdown to help get the offense going. Adams seemed to get open easily against the Giants, despite it being a tough matchup. If Jordy Nelson (ribs) can't go next weekend versus Dallas, Adams would likely get another 10+ targets.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams catches two touchdowns as Green Bay wins the North.

Adams caught six passes for 31 yards, and scores of three and nine yards in the second half. He was targeted a team-high nine times. He couldn't top 1,000 yards, but Adams did have a breakout season with 75 catches, 997 yards, and 12 touchdowns. He will be Aaron Rodgers' #2 as the Packers take on the Giants next Sunday.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Adams catches beautiful 20-yard back-shoulder touchdown against Vikings.

Adams seems to have slowed down from his midseason breakneck pace but continues to be a solid option and had four receptions for 44 yards and a touchdown versus Minnesota. Unfortunately, drops continue to plague the third-year receiver as he works towards keeping the trust of quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Look for Adams to be a high-upside WR2 against the Detroit Lions in Week 17.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams struggles in frigid Chicago.

Adams caught just two-of-six targets for 25 yards in the Packers' 30-27 win. Rodgers threw two perfect passes to Adams in the end zone, but he could catch neither. It was a surprising game from the emerging receiver, but the cold weather probably had something to do with it. He should bounce back as a WR2 next week against the Vikings.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams catches 66-yard touchdown in Packers' 38-10 win over Seattle.

Adams finished with four catches for 104 yards and the touchdown, but could have had an even bigger day against the Seahawks. He was missed on two or three other would-be deep touchdowns, including on Richard Sherman late in the game. Adams also did a nice job blocking Sherman on a touchdown run, as he knocked the star corner to the ground. The last time he faced the Bears this season, Adams went off for 13 catches, 132 yards, and two touchdowns; he gets them again this week, and will undoubtedly be a WR1.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams catches only one pass in Week 13.

Adams was second in targets, with seven, but caught only one pass for 17 yards. He also had a chance at a catch down the sideline, but couldn't haul it in on the ground. Adams' catch was on the sideline and he ran for about 30+ yards with some amazing moves and broken tackles, but it turned out the play was dead and he stepped out after he caught it. Look for Adams to have a better game next week against Seattle. He'll be more of a back-end WR2 in a tougher matchup.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams goes off on Monday Night Football.

Adams caught five of his six targets for 113 yards and two touchdowns. Both scores came in the first half, and he nearly had a third later in the game on a great run-after-catch where he broke several tackles. The third-year wideout now has eight scores this season and is the clear #2 receiver in a high-powered offense. Adams is a high-end WR2 for Week 13 versus Houston.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams caught three passes for 42 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Redskins.

Adams was having a really quiet game until late in the 4th quarter, but his 37-yard catch saved his night. The Packers chose to attack the Redskins stingy perimeter players but not attacking them, leading to bigger days for Jared Cook, James Starks, and Randall Cobb. Adams should bounce back next week against the always beatable Philadelphia secondary.

Davante Adams | Packers WR

Davante Adams leads Packers in receiving on Sunday.

Adams caught 6 passes for 156 yards. With Jordy Nelson back this season, Adams has looked comfortable with a big role, unlike last year when he struggled. He is probably least likely to score out of Nelson, Cobb, and himself, but Adams looks ahead of Cobb for targets right now. He will be a solid WR2 this week against the Redskins.
